This is for those who are ready to take responsibility, People feeling stuck in repeating patterns, carrying emotional weight, or disconnected, and are truly willing to look within. People who are ready to step into their power, seeking expansion, and willing to walk a conscious path. The program is well designed to help people move through anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, and also for individuals looking for true, lasting transformation and inner harmony.
This is not talking therapy or surface-level coaching.
This is deep inner work. We don’t just speak about your experiences; we work with what is stored in your body and nervous system. Our coaching journey unfolds in three intentional stages.
The first stage is about clearing the ground.
Before we begin building anything new, we gently go beneath the surface. Through body-based work, we begin to release what has been held—old emotions, patterns, and internal noise. This stage is about creating space, like removing weeds from the soil, so that what you build next is not rooted in what no longer serves you.
The second stage is about building a strong foundation.
Once the ground is clearer and more receptive, we begin to lay the foundation for real, lasting change. Here, we work on stabilizing your inner world—strengthening your awareness, your capacity to hold yourself, and your connection to your body and truth. This is where you begin to feel more anchored, steady, and supported from within.
he third stage is integration and expansion.
This is where everything starts to come together. You deepen your connection with yourself and your life, embodying the shifts you’ve created. It becomes less about “doing the work” and more about living it. You begin to recognize your power, your gifts, and how you want to move in the world—and from that place, you start creating a life that feels aligned and true to you.
The coaching is held within a consistent and supportive container over 2–3 months, allowing space for deep and lasting inner work.
90-minute sessions once a week (via Zoom)
We meet weekly in a dedicated space where you can slow down, go deeper, and work with what is present for you. A Zoom link will be shared with you before each session.
Planned schedule with flexibility
At the beginning of the journey, we create a clear session schedule to support consistency and commitment. At the same time, I remain open to adjustments if something comes up, we can always reschedule with communication.
Ongoing WhatsApp support and check-ins
You are supported between sessions, so you’re not holding everything on your own. This space allows you to stay connected to your process throughout the week.
Personalized practices between sessions
You will receive reflections, journaling prompts, and simple practices to help you stay anchored and deepen your awareness in your daily life.
Additional resources for support
When needed, relevant tools and resources are shared to support your understanding and integration.
This container is designed to support you not just during the sessions, but in how you relate to yourself and your life in between.

This work is integrative and intuitive. Each session is guided by what your system needs in that moment. it may include Inner child healing, Compassionate inquiry, Breathwork, Body-based practices, Nervous system regulation, Practices rooted in shamanic traditions, and Wellness coaching frameworks.
All sessions are personally facilitated by Soundarya.
This is a deeply held, intentional space where you are supported throughout your journey.
Anyone 18 years or above who is willing to work on themselves can join.
No prior experience is needed, only openness and willingness.
Yes. This is trauma-aware, body-based work. We move at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system, without forcing or overwhelming you.
